Shipping policy

We offer free shipping worldwide on every order — no minimum, no hidden fees at checkout.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

Estimated delivery times
After processing, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Some remote areas may take a little longer. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes applied once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email us and we'll make it right. We're here to help.
